Home20, LLC was founded by Brittany K. Moore — a Prichard native, social services professional, and woman with a vision to uplift the transportation industry from the inside out. After seeing firsthand the struggles truck drivers face — from unsafe parking to lack of TWIC access — Brittany partnered with longtime friend and fellow bandsman Justin Aldridge to create something better. Together, they launched Home20: a company rooted in safety, support, and Southern strength. What started with TWIC Escorts at the Alabama State Docks has grown into a movement to care for the unsung heroes of the highway. From Pilot Car Services to the upcoming truck parking facility, Home20 is answering the call. At Home20, we don't just provide a service. Founder, CEO

Brittany Moore is the visionary force behind Home20, LLC. A proud native of Prichard, Alabama and a graduate of Southern University, Brittany brings over a decade of experience in social services, advocacy, and community leadership. After returning home to care for a loved one, she saw a gap in the transportation industry — and decided to fill it with excellence. With family roots in trucking and a heart for people, Brittany founded Home20 to support the essential workers who keep America moving. Under her leadership, Home20 has grown from a local TWIC escort service into a growing commercial transportation hub offering pilot car services, port access solutions, and a future truck parking facility. More than a CEO, Brittany is a builder — of businesses, relationships, and safe spaces for drivers to rest, reset, and roll on.

Justin Aldridge

Chief Operational Officer

Justin Aldridge is the operations mastermind behind Home20, LLC. As Chief Operating Officer, Justin oversees day-to-day logistics, team coordination, and ensures every escort and transport runs with military-grade precision and professionalism. With over a decade of experience in startup development, safety compliance, and operational leadership, Justin brings structure and stability to Home20’s fast-growing service line. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way — every time — make him the backbone of Home20’s daily success. A longtime friend and business partner of CEO Brittany Moore, Justin helped expand Home20 from a single service into a trusted, multi-faceted transportation support company. Whether coordinating escorts at the Alabama State Docks or helping scale for future growth, Justin keeps the gears turning.
